Here is a glimpse into the one on one coaching program:

Initial Intake & Functional Assessment:

We begin with a detailed health history, symptom timeline, and systems review to identify patterns, stressors, and underlying dysfunction. You’ll complete comprehensive intake forms, including lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, environmental exposures, and symptom questionnaires.

If clinically indicated, I may recommend functional labs (e.g., DUTCH hormone testing, GI-MAP stool analysis, thyroid panels, blood chemistry, or OAT testing) to gain deeper insight into your physiology.

Ongoing One-on-One Support

Throughout the 4 months, we meet every other week via secure video calls. You’ll also receive:

✔ Personalized check-ins and adjustments to your plan
 Educational resources on the chains of interconnectedness of what is going on in your unique body
✔ Accountability and guidance between sessions via secure messaging
 Complimentary access to my group classes and seasonal cleanse.
